this question was posed to me by an SL friend, interviewing for an upcoming discussion. it gave me great pause to wonder…. am I my avatar? or what? the first issue that had to be solved was… exactly who is EllCee? what makes her “her”?
Not Many Faces... and the Shape and Skin are SAME!
I am of many races … when I sculpted my SL shape, I went completely mestizo. and you can see – just different hair and I *seem* a different “person”. However, my experience is that the fluidity of the exterior only serves as a cleansing bath to clear away the confusion of the inner identity. By being so many “selves” on the outside, only helps me to have more clarity of who my “self” really is.
