There have been a lot of new developments in my SL life. When the Halloween Party at Club Zazza (Ciudad Mexico) didn’t get started early enough for me, I went off looking for other parties. I found one by using the Search-Events at Club Sky on eLab City West. It was great, and I ended up winning 250 $L. But even more than that, I have applied for my first SL job at the club as a hostess, and joined the eLab City participant panel. University of California, Riverside, is running the sim as part of the eLab City academic research project. We will see what that develops into.
Weave Oldrich and I went back to Club Sky for some waltzing. He sure cleans up nice. When the event I was looking for was a) either on another day, b) mistakenly sited on the eLab City West map or c) forgotten about – we went on to the D&L Ballroom on Insignia. It was an evening of tango under the stars. We ended the evening, still under the stars on my Galveston Island balcony listening to the surf. Could it be romance?
